When will I receive my tickets?

To help prevent fraud, scams, and unauthorized ticket resales, we are introducing a new ticket delivery process for the 2026 concert season. When you place your order, you will still receive an order confirmation, but tickets will not be delivered immediately. You will not receive a PDF ticket or digital ticket right away. All attendees will receive an email 24 hours prior to the concert with access to their tickets. This added step helps ensure tickets stay secure and only reach verified purchasers.

Can I buy a ticket in person?

Yes, but please be advised that buying tickets online is the quickest and most convenient way to purchase a ticket as we will need to collect the same information the website requires. Patrons purchasing tickets in person are limited to purchasing 8 tickets per event and must present identification for verification. Tickets may be purchased at Quakertown Borough Hall, 8:30am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. Borough Hall is located at 35 N. Third Street, Quakertown, PA 18951.

Will tickets be available at the gate? Can I pick tickets up at will-call?

Accepted Answer

Tickets will be available at the gate starting at 5:00pm for an increased price, if not sold out. There is no will-call so please print your tickets ahead of time or download them on your EventBrite App.

What can I bring into the event?

Accepted Answer

One clear bag no larger than 13”x15”. Small Bags no larger than 4.5”x6.5”. Parental bags and medically necessary items are subject to search. Bag chair or beach chair, blanket, or seat cushions. Strollers and wagons. Soft Koozies. Sounds of Summer Concerts reusable mug. One sealed unopened clear plastic water bottle.

What can't I bring into the event?

For the safety, security, and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are not allowed in the Univest Performance Center. Your cooperation will help expedite entering the venue. We thank you for your understanding. Outside Food or Drinks, Alcohol, Coolers, Smoking or Vapes, Illegal Substances, Weapons, Umbrellas, Canopies, or Tents, Bookbags or Large Bags/Purses, Pets (exception for certified service animals), Professional Cameras, Reusable water bottles/cups and stainless steel koozies, Selfie Sticks, Laser Pointers, Balls and frisbees of any kind. All bags are subject to search prior to entry.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

Univest Performance Center is a rain or shine outdoor venue. However, in the case of severe weather please check our social media and website for weather updates.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are nonrefundable and non transferable. If a show is canceled, ticket buyers will be notified.

Question 8

What if I lose my ticket or am unable to print it?

Accepted Answer

You will receive your ticket via email. So, if your email account is synchronized to your mobile device, you will be able to access it at the event. Additionally, we can scan your phone if you have the EventBrite App. If neither of those options work the ticket takers at the gate have the availability to confirm your purchase and grant you entry. Please have a photo ID ready in order for us to confirm your identity.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

There are no age requirements, but attendees should bring a valid photo identification if they plan on purchasing any alcoholic beverages.

Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child?

Accepted Answer

Children 2 years and younger do not require a ticket for entry.

What are my parking options?

Accepted Answer

New in 2025: Parking will only be available for purchase on the day of the event—no prepaid options. All lots will be $10.00 per vehicle, payable by cash or card. Cash is preferred to keep the process moving quickly. Parking lots will open at 4:30 PM. List of Parking Lots: Handicap Parking Lot: Univest Performance Center (301 W. Mill Street), Quakertown Memorial Park (600 W. Mill Street), Quakertown Community Pool (601 W. Mill Street), Jane Stover Lodge (50 4th Street), Bucks County Transport (26 4th Street), Cleveland Steel Parking Lot (350 E. Mill Street). Handicapped Lot: The handicapped lot is located closest to the venue behind the Bucks County Free Library. The entrance to this lot is on Mill Street.

Is there accessible parking and tickets?

The Univest Performance Center strives to ensure that all of our fans have a great time at our venue regardless of ability. If you need additional assistance while you are here, please make sure you let us know in advance. Accessible tickets can be purchased by calling the venue at 267-372-7275. Accessible parking is located at the parking lot closest to the venue’s entrance. Vehicles entering this lot must have and display proper hang tags or license plates in order to utilize ADA parking.

Will food and drink be available for purchase?

Yes! Concessions, refreshments, and libations will be available for purchase. The Univest Performance Center partners with Spinnerstown Hotel to offer an assortment of beverages including beer, wine, and cocktails. The venue also partners with the Brick Concessions along with local food vendors to offer an assortment of dining choices. Please note that food vendors may vary for every show.

Do you recommend anywhere to stay the night?

Make your concert experience longer by booking a night with SpringHill Suites Quakertown! SpringHill Suites is located less than 15 minutes from the Univest Performance Center!

Question 16

I have a lawn ticket. What can I bring to sit on?

Accepted Answer

You can bring a blanket, towel, or folding lawn/beach chair. Although we don’t limit chair size, we ask that you be respectful of the guest behind you and not bring a chair that will potentially block someone’s view. If your chair has a canopy, you will need to put the canopy down at the start of the performance. Chairs in carrying bags must be removed before entering the security lines.

Can I bring my dog?

All animals are prohibited, with the exception of service animals designated in accordance with ADA guidelines.

Question 18

Can I leave the venue and come back?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You may re-enter but must get your hand stamped at the front gate.
