About the Univest Performance Center

  • All ticket sales are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
  • In the event of a cancellation, whether partial or whole due to a Force Majeure Event, refunds will not be provided. A force majeure event includes acts of God, terrorism, natural disasters, labor disputes, government orders, severe weather, or any unforeseeable circumstance beyond the venue’s control.
  • All concerts are rain or shine.
  • The resale of tickets is prohibited. Univest Performance Center reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke tickets for those suspected of violating this policy. Eventbrite is the only authorized seller for the Univest Performance Center. We maintain no relationships with third-party ticket vendors who resell tickets above face value. Patrons assume full risk for fraudulent tickets obtained through unauthorized vendors. Please note, we are unable to offer customer service notifications or refunds for tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers.
  • All persons entering the Univest Performance Center, including infants in arms, must have a ticket.
  • Patrons purchasing tickets in person are limited to purchasing 6 tickets per event and must present identification for verification.
  • Patrons are permitted to bring a single clear bag, no larger than 13”x15”. Small bags no larger than 4.5”x6.5” are permitted.
  • No outside food or beverages – Patrons are permitted one (1) sealed water bottle.
  • Reusable water bottles/cups and stainless steel koozie are prohibited.
  • Soft koozies and empty Sounds of Summer mugs are permitted.
  • Chairs in carrying bags must be removed before entering the security lines. Canopies on chairs are not permitted.
  • In consideration of our patron and in compliance to maintain smoke-free park and recreation facilities, the Univest Performance Center is a smoke-free venue including the use of electronic smoking devices.
  • No professional-grade cameras (indicated by a detachable lens and/or lens longer than 3″ in size) are permitted. No drones are allowed per federal regulation.
  • Your attendance at events presented by the Univest Performance Center may be digitally recorded through photographs or video recordings.
  • These images may be posted on our website, in local publications, on the internet, as well as in printed and digital marketing/promotional materials.
  • Go with the flow when it comes to dancing and sitting. Expect that your neighbors may stand up to dance.
  • All animals are prohibited, with the exception of service animals designated in accordance with ADA guidelines.
  • All patrons of the Univest Performance Center agree to abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Shirts and shoes are required to be worn at all times.

Additionally, we can scan your phone if you have the EventBrite App. If neither of those options work the ticket takers at the gate have the availability to confirm your purchase and grant you entry. Please have a photo ID ready in order for us to confirm your identity.

There are no age requirements, but attendees should bring a valid photo identification if they plan on purchasing any alcoholic beverages.

For your convenience, we offer two parking options: pre-paid and day-of parking. All parking lots open at 4:00pm.

Pre-Paid Parking: Secure your parking spot in advance by purchasing a parking online through Eventbrite. This option grants you access to the closest parking lot (Memorial Park) to the venue. Please note these spots are limited.

  • Pre-Paid Parking Lot: Memorial Park (600 W. Mill Street)
  • Handicap Parking Lot: Univest Performance Center (301 W. Mill Street)

Day-Of Parking: New for 2024, if you choose to pay day-of for parking, you will use ParkMobile when you enter the lot.  All parking through ParkMobile will be a flat rate of $10 for the duration of the concert. The following lots will be ParkMobile:

  • Handicap Parking Lot: Univest Performance Center (301 W. Mill Street)
  • Quakertown Community Pool (601 W. Mill Street)
  • Bucks County Transport (26 4th Street)
  • Cleveland Steel Parking Lot (350 E. Mill Street)

Handicapped Lot: The handicapped lot is located closest to the venue behind the Bucks County Free Library. The entrance to this lot is on Mill Street. The handicapped lot will accommodate both pre-paid parking and ParkMobile payments.

Accessible parking is located at the parking lot closest to the venue’s entrance. Vehicles entering this lot must have and display proper hang tags or license plates in order to utilize ADA parking.

Yes! Concessions, refreshments, and libations will be available for purchase. The Univest Performance Center partners with Spinnerstown Hotel to offer an assortment of beverages including beer, wine, and cocktails. The venue also partners with the Brick Concessions along with local food vendors to offer an assortment of dining choices. Please note that food vendors may vary for every show.

Make your concert experience longer by booking a night with SpringHill Suites Quakertown! SpringHill Suites is located less than 15 minutes from the Univest Performance Center!

Although we don’t limit chair size, we ask that you be respectful of the guest behind you and not bring a chair that will potentially block someone’s view. There are no age requirements, but attendees should bring a valid photo identification if they plan on purchasing any alcoholic beverages.

All persons entering the Univest Performance Center, including infants in arms, must have a ticket. Each ticket will allow one admittance.

For your convenience, we offer two parking options: pre-paid and day-of parking. All parking lots open at 4:00pm.

Pre-Paid Parking: Secure your parking spot in advance by purchasing a parking online through Eventbrite. This option grants you access to the closest parking lot (Memorial Park) to the venue. Please note these spots are limited.

  • Pre-Paid Parking Lot: Memorial Park (600 W. Mill Street)
  • Handicap Parking Lot: Univest Performance Center (301 W. Mill Street)

Day-Of Parking: New for 2024, if you choose to pay day-of for parking, you will use ParkMobile when you enter the lot. All parking through ParkMobile will be a flat rate of $10 for the duration of the concert. The following lots will be ParkMobile:

  • Handicap Parking Lot: Univest Performance Center (301 W. Mill Street)
  • Quakertown Community Pool (601 W. Mill Street)
  • Bucks County Transport (26 4th Street)
  • Cleveland Steel Parking Lot (350 E. Mill Street)

Handicapped Lot: The handicapped lot is located closest to the venue behind the Bucks County Free Library. The entrance to this lot is on Mill Street. The handicapped lot will accommodate both pre-paid parking and ParkMobile payments.

The Univest Performance Center strives to ensure that all of our fans have a great time at our venue regardless of ability. If you need additional assistance while you are here, please make sure you let us know in advance. Accessible tickets can be purchased by calling the venue at 267-372-7275.

Accessible parking is located at the parking lot closest to the venue’s entrance. Vehicles entering this lot must have and display proper hang tags or license plates in order to utilize ADA parking.

Yes! Concessions, refreshments, and libations will be available for purchase. The Univest Performance Center partners with Spinnerstown Hotel to offer an assortment of beverages including beer, wine, and cocktails. The venue also partners with the Brick Concessions along with local food vendors to offer an assortment of dining choices. Please note that food vendors may vary for every show.

Make your concert experience longer by booking a night with SpringHill Suites Quakertown! SpringHill Suites is located less than 15 minutes from the Univest Performance Center!

You can bring a blanket, towel, or folding lawn/beach chair. Although we don’t limit chair size, we ask that you be respectful of the guest behind you and not bring a chair that will potentially block someone’s view. If your chair has a canopy, you will need to put the canopy down at the start of the performance.

Chairs in carrying bags must be removed before entering the security lines.

All animals are prohibited, with the exception of service animals designated in accordance with ADA guidelines.

Yes. You may re-enter but must get your hand stamped at the front gate.

Series Lawn Passes provide entry to all concerts for the season. Please visit the ticket booth for the first concert you attend to receive your personalized credentials and all items included with the Series Lawn Pass. You will use your personalized credentials to gain entry and early entry into the venue for each concert. Series lawn passes are non-transferable and you must provide proof of ID upon entry of each show.
